Jack King
CEO & Chief Data Scientist
- •15+ years of Tableau/Looker/PowerBI experience in advanced visualization, dashboard development, and Server/Cloud administration
- •Expert in Python, machine learning, NLP, and LLM integration (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Mistral)
- •Diverse industry experience: healthcare, higher education, corporate travel, esports, and startups
- •Leader of the Lexington Tableau User Group and frequent presenter on public data
- •B.S. in Philosophy (Focus in Inductive/Deductive Logic) from University of Kentucky
Carin Detzel
Junior Analyst
- •Junior Data Analyst specializing in data visualization, cleaning, and dashboard building with Tableau
- •Extensive background in customer service and operations management across eCommerce and automotive manufacturing
- •Deep understanding of TPS (Toyota Production System) principles including Kaizen and Genchi Genbutsu for continuous improvement
- •Active DataFam community member and attendee of Tableau Conference 2023 & 2024
- •Pursuing Google Analytics Certificate; skilled in Microsoft Office and document management
